As we've heard, the breakfast menu that is important to support various
activities for one full day. With a menu that fits, then the breakfast
will be sustaining the energy and nutrients. But all that excess is
never good, so with breakfast. A study published in Nutrition Journal as
reported by Reader's Digest says that people who eat breakfast in large
numbers and are likely to consume more calories per day than those who
ate breakfast or missed it in small portions.
The study was conducted at the Else-Kroner-Fresenius Center of Nutritional Medicine, Munich asked 380 obese and normal weight owners to keep a journal of everything they eat. Apparently, how much they consume some calories at breakfast, as much as that is what will they eat at lunch and dinner. Which means that those who enjoy breakfast in the high-calorie menus that will consume more calories per day than those who enjoy breakfast in fewer calories.
Eat breakfast in a large portion of it can reduce the likelihood of a person to enjoy a snack in the time between morning and afternoon. But the lack of caloric intake derived from snacks are not large enough to offset the calories consumed earlier (at breakfast). With the large number of calories taken into the body at breakfast, while the same amount at lunch and dinner, will automatically create a pile of calories in the body that can lead to overweight, even obese.
Although the number of breakfast affects the number of calories per day, there's no reason to skip breakfast to avoid obesity. Nutrition experts in the study suggested that breakfast menus remain mandatory and not to be missed. Only thing to note is the menu. Avoid eggs, sausages, and food prepared or processed with butter. Increase servings of fruit, yogurt, and grains of wheat as your breakfast menu. Remains wise in the selection menu! Enjoy a healthy breakfast every day!
